Time Frame: You can request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 90 days, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund.
Condition of Items: Products must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging for a refund to be processed.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate a refund.

  2. Return Instructions: Our team will provide instructions on how to return the item. Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
  3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was received damaged or defective.
Refund Process
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

Damaged or Defective Items
